A Roofing Over Ceremony of Guang Sheng Building, the east wing of Grandview Plaza, was held on November 1. The estimated for-sale date will be in the second ten days of this month.

Guang Sheng locates right at the juncture of Tianhe Road and Ti-Yu Road East. It is linked up with Grandview Plaza and the future International Hotel By Marriot, the 3 of them consisting a complex of office building, Shopping Mall and hotel.

According to the in-charge of the project, Guang Sheng Building, height 99.8 meters, total construction area 48113 square meters, among which there are 34916 square meters for Mall, has  been attractive to lots of companies, including some governmental institutions and foreign firms.
