The most stunning part of Grandview Plaza is its Ą”ćalternativeĄą design of the public space on its exterior. The eye-catching and profound design of a set of conceptual art ”§C Wind, Water, Electricity, Fire and Light, highlighting the vinculum of the PlazaĄŻs inner and outer environments. And the conceptual set includes 2 eruptive towers, musical fountain spring, pinwheel and metal sculptures, etc., stressing on the perfect communication among human, water and scenery.

 

And the PlazaĄŻs characteristic well illuminating and visually penetrating take your breath away. A huge sum of investment has been contributed to the natural light introducing design, thus when standing at the atrium on the ground, you can see the whole Plaza is in a vesture of a new-gymnasium-styled top. A certain spatial margin has been left on each upper floor to ensure the natural light penetrating the below. With the opulent natural light, the whole Plaza is given an aura of the Dame Nature and it just makes you feel like you are enjoying the fresh air outdoors.

 

The National Pioneered Atrium Design

The innovation of the project also can be seen in the atrium design. As the atrium size at each floor differs from more than 30 thousand square meters, the maximum, to around 20 thousand square meters, the minimum, designers have taken up a multi-atrium alternative to zone the space, a fit-in-all scheme has been worked out.

 

As per GrandviewĄŻs introduction, the project creatively set up 7 atriums, dividing the plane into varied distinctive zone.
